Information To Help You:

Carpet Cleaning Frequency:  To improve indoor air quality by eliminating dust and other particles, your carpets should be cleaned at least once each year.

Carpet Indentations:  Place an ice cube in the indentation; allow the ice cube to melt and the carpet to dry.  Vacuum the carpet.  This process should release the carpet fibers but can be repeated, if necessary.

Stain Removal:  Do not rub stains carelessly; this can cause the stains to set permanently and damage the carpet fibers.  Place a damp, white terrycloth towel on the stain (dyes can be transferred into carpet fibers so use white only) and leave on the carpet until Talon Restoration & Cleaning arrives.  Keeping the stain moist will help in the stain removal process.

Red Wine Stains:  Pour an equal amount of white wine onto the red wine stain.  Cover with a damp, white terrycloth towel.  Call Talon Restoration & Cleaning to complete the stain removal process.
